Οσο και να ακούγεται περίεργο το Sauvgnon Blanc που δοκιμάσατε προχθές είχε σε μεγάλη ένταση τα τυπικά αρώματα της ποικιλίας γιατί περιείχε μερικά mg 4-μερκαπτο-4-μεθυλ-2-πεντανόνη !!
